Our 30 X 50’ and 30 X 60’ Nylon I flag features opaque white nylon appliquéd stars sewn on with zig-zagged stitching on the edges with the highest quality 200 denier nylon fabric for a beautiful flag that will fly majestically in the wind
We carefully assemble these mega flags for maximum wind resistance by ensuring every seam is double stitched with a unidirectional chain stitch and a full ¼” turn on all seams to produce an exceptionally strong connection
Fly hems are finished with 6 rows of stitching on the fly hems and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and it is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
Flags 30 X 60’ and larger experience substantial wind pressure, therefore, we reinforce the headings with 1 ½” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and we add 7 brass center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings for equal wind force distribution on the heading
