- The Texas state PolyExtra flag is sewn with fabric is meticulously crafted from two-ply polyester fabric that is specially loomed and dyed to withstand the most demanding weather conditions, counteract the effects of ultra-violet light, and remain crisp and bright
- All Texas state flags feature a single nylon opaque white appliqué star sewn on with zig-zagged stitching on the edges to resist against ripping
- 30X50' Flags and larger are designed for highest flagpoles, therefore, we finish these flags with 6 rows of stitching on the fly hems and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
- We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
- Flags 30 X 50’ and larger experience substantial wind pressure, therefore, we reinforce the headings on these extra-large flags with 1 ½” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and finish it with 7 brass center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings for even distribution of wind force
