Commercial grade 200-denier nylon engineered for daily use.
Nylon is dyed at the mill for rich bold colors that are designed to last against UV exposure and day to day weather. Red and white stripe along with blue star field are sewn together using our proprietary stitching designed to flex with the movement of the flag.
Texas star is appliqued onto the flag with a bright white nylon star and secured with a zig-zag stitch pattern around the edges of the star.
Industrial T60 Thread: flags are sewn with color matched, industrial T60 thread which is able to withstand 60 pounds of force.
Long Life Seams: deep ¼” horizontal seams are secured with proprietary stitching to resist tearing.
Hoist Heading made from super strong, bright white 9 oz. poly sateen and 2 brass grommets.
Hoist heading for 8x12’ flags and larger feature heavy duty chrome D-rings instead of brass grommets.
Hemmed and finished with T60 thread, which can withstand 60 pounds of pressure, in a secure lock stitch to resist fraying.
