The Texas state nylon flag is sewn with the highest quality nylon fabric, color matched thread and appliqué star for a beautiful, long-lasting flag
For flags 15X25’ and larger which are designed for exceptionally tall poles, we finish our fly hems with 6 rows of stitching and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
Flags 15 X 25’ and larger are put under exceptional stress from the weather, therefore, we reinforce the headings with 1 ½” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and finish it with 3 center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings
